**Department purpose**

The HR team at Allen & Overy provides a first class service to the business, offering strategic HR business advice at the business partner level and quality support services in the full range of HR functions through specialist teams such as learning & development, resourcing, reward, employee relations advice, payroll, systems and HR administration.

**What you will do**

As a Benefits and Wellbeing Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Pensions, Benefits and Wellbeing Team to include the support of finance activities, monthly processing, annual audits, correspondence and the co-ordination of events. You will work with colleagues in both the Belfast and London office as well as other Global Offices.

This is an exciting and varied role, involving coordinating team schedules and meetings with external benefits and wellbeing suppliers, handling invoices for these services, managing pension and medical insurance changes for London and Belfast employees, conducting audits for private medical insurance memberships, analysing travel insurance data, and reporting on benefits and training data.

Additionally, this role also includes sending standard letters related to group income protection, managing event planning and resources, maintaining supplier and mental health ally lists, updating internal systems and intranet, and ensuring up-to-date information on benefits and wellbeing. Occasional travel may also be required for in-person events.

- Competent in all Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills: working to deadlines, managing multiple projects, using initiative and judgement.
- An interest in developing skills and knowledge within benefits and wellbeing space.
