The Online Trading Coordinator plays a crucial role in the trading of the Aveda DTC Channel driving the brand’s online strategy forward while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Trading and Commercial
- Work closely with the Online Trading Manager to define all onsite Trading updates in accordance with the UK Marketing Calendar, Seasonal Focuses and aligned with our Sales Targets.
- Support the Online Trading Manager by completing Weekly and Monthly Trade reports collaborating with the Omnichannel Sales Team to drive performance.
- Lead all planning and management of Weekly Trade Calendar ensuring all activity is captured and aligned with Sales Targets.
- Own the production and QA Process in collaboration with the Online Content Team to ensure a best in class onsite consumer experience.
- Manage all onsite Sampling initiatives and set-up
- Own onsite GWP set-up including overseeing the testing of offers and ensuring stock availability
- Support the Online Trading Manager in the raising of POs relating to all onsite activity and traffic driving.
- Own.NET input ensuring products are set up correctly and merchandised effectively and Offer Codes are set-up and tested thoroughly
- Work closely with the corporate Online Analyst to ensure all areas of the Website and any new developments are thoroughly and correctly tagged, and provide on-going reporting and analysis using Google Analytics to measure success and inform future marketing plans.
- Ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products, working closely with the Events Management team to set up website saleable stock allocations, escalating and resolving any discrepancies.

Reporting and Analysis
- Collate and send weekly summary to wider online, sales and marketing teams
- Review sell through trackers, assessing trends and providing market insights in effort to meet customer demand
- Review month end report and provide data-driven recommendations
- Review category breakdown report and generate insights in effort to make better data-driven decisions
- Align with the Online Manager on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure all activations on the site supports commercial KPIs
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis decks for all key launches and trading periods
- Perform regular competitor analysis, highlighting opportunities to wider online team
- Support the Online Manager on ad hoc reports when needed

Marketing Support
- Support the Online Manager with the PPC strategies, ensuring customer journeys are intuitive and drive best in class experience
- Identify new opportunities to partner with publishers on for content creation or unique offers to grow affiliate business, feeding back insights for discussion with the Online Manager
- Work with brand marketing team to be aware of campaigns driven by social and display channel

**Qualifications**
- Commercial awareness, numerate and analytical with experience and exposure in a retail trading environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally and confident in leading both internal and external meetings.
- Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business in line with sales targets.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in Fashion & Beauty preferred but not essential.
