Parklands Toyota are currently offering a new opportunity as a Service Advisor to join our Helston team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the front of house service team. With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, you will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work with your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.

**What we are looking for**

Taking appointments from our leads

Deliver complete customer satisfaction

Ensure customers are dealt in an efficient manner

Work as a full member of the Centre team

Communicate possible improvements

Ensure paperwork is compliant in accordance with Toyota guidelines

To grow and maintain CCS and maximise profit potential

Meeting and greeting customers (walk in/appointment) and arranging vehicle maintenance

Discussing various options available to customers working within the lines of their needs and budget

Go over repair options & costs with customers making sure they understand what is required and why

Speak to customers over the phone, Face to Face or digitally

Help invoice all work carried out

Meeting or exceeding targets based on sales and customer satisfaction

Upselling additional work, service plans

Delivering excellent service at all times making their experience enjoyable and memorable

**Your Skills**

Relevant Automotive experience working in the Service department

Be an experienced Service Advisor

Have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service

Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets
