About this role:
Do you find satisfaction in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service? Are you organised, confidential, and a team player? If so, we invite you to join our vibrant team as a Trust HR Administrator

In this role, you'll be the bedrock of our HR department, providing essential support and contributing to positive employee experiences. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including:
Processing payroll and managing employee records with meticulous accuracy.
Providing first-line advice and support to employees on HR matters.
Onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into our team.
Assisting with recruitment processes and administrative tasks.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, keeping the department running efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and administrative tools.
