**About us**

As an Administrator you will work as part of a small team supporting the Directors and the Accounts and Tax Departments.

Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- General secretarial responsibilities including typing and preparing letters for the Directors
- Assisting with reception (answering the phone, greeting clients, opening, logging & franking the post etc) as required
- Arranging meetings and keeping diaries updated
- Answering enquiries from clients and senior staff
- Purchasing office supplies
- Working with members of the Client Onboarding team and the Compliance team onboarding new client accounts
- Preparation of the client onboarding paperwork for opening up the client’s account, including setting the entity up on the Firm’s accounting software packages, the initial admin letter and Letter of Engagement
- Maintaining and logging all client documentation - electronic and physical copies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
