As an Admin Support, you’ll assist with the planning of the King’s Messenger service journeys across the globe.
- Coordinate courier services and protect the UK’s best interests- Provide administrative support and protect global assets
- You’re well versed in the security requirements when it comes to delivery services, and have excellent computer skills. That’s why you’ll be confident compiling and producing documentation relating to the accompanied bag service, keeping best practice front and centre. You’ll procure accurate costing, maintain log sheets and provide invoices for services delivered. And you’ll always be looking for ways to improve operational productivity through scheduling and prioritising. That’s why you’re easy to work with, reliable, responsive, and great at building relationships.

**Benefits**:
Alpha. This is a defined benefit occupational pension scheme.. As your employer we also make a substantial contribution.
- Partnership pension account. This is a stakeholder pension with a contribution from us. How much we pay is based on your age. We pay this regardless of whether you choose to contribute anything.
