EFI is looking for Ink Production Planner to join our EFI Ink Business in our Bradford, UK office.

**_ Responsibilities_**:

- Participate in daily cycle count activities, and ensuring that cycle counts are performed as required and any variances are reconciled.
- Daily review of all inventory transactions and ensure all issues are identified and corrected systematically.
- Ensure all raw material, work in process, finished goods, customer supplied material, and consignment material inventories are accurate.
- Works with Quality Control to ensure that inventory held for quality issues is valued properly and dispositioned in a timely manner.
- Monitors scrap and rework inventory to ensure all production scrap and rework is dispositioned in a timely fashion.
- Identifies slow moving inventory and works with other team members to disposition.
- Researches root causes of inventory discrepancies
- SAP Manufacturing receipt into stock of production recipes by batch number
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and able to confidently communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
- A high level of detail consciousness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Driven to deliver to set agreed time scales
- Proven and confidently able to demonstrate a solid background in administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask well
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Ability to follow/create working procedures
