The Project Support & PMO Coordinator role is dedicated to the Jefferies International Contract operating within the UK and the international EMEA and APAC portfolio. The role is responsible to Jefferies for the delivery of PMO, Project Support and Occupancy Management, across the domestic UK and International portfolio where ISS acts to facilitate FM service delivery in country with Jefferies FM partners and supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist the contract delivery of Occupancy Management, Projects and MAC - driving excellence in performance, compliance, conformance and continuous improvement across both the Domestic and International Portfolio
- Lead with a partnership vision focused on delivering best value to all Jefferies Stakeholders supporting, implementing and contributing to the strategic gaols of the organisation across its real estate platform internationally
- To ensure compliance with Contract Deliverables, Performance, KPIs, Reporting and shared objectives with the client team
- To have a thorough knowledge of the Estate, Locations and buildings within the office environments domestically and internationally
- To be the point of contact and escalation for ISS across the Occupancy provision
- Support Jefferies Project Managers as required with Facilities related projects both domestically and internationally, such as raising purchase orders, process invoices, carry out vendor due diligence checks, assist in updating Projects reporting material, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting multiple project and tasks within the team and working closely with clients and internal departments

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified or job holder to be educated to at least HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalent full technical standard.
- CAD certification/qualification - can provide training
- Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g., project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
- Experience in project support, project execution, risk management and general real estate activities within an integrated FM environment
- Demonstrable experience working internationally or within an international/Global Key Account
- Experience in Project Execution, Risk Management and General Real Estate Activities
- Extensive IFS experience with Critical Environments within a Financial Services Environment
- Prior client facing and senior stakeholder management experience
- Evidence of strong understanding of the importance of process and control within Commercial Environment
