Job Title: Senior Estimator

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Enfield, London. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and competitive project cost estimates.

Role Purpose:

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for carrying out take-offs from drawings and BIM CAD models, understanding contract requirements, and communicating any issues that may present operational challenges or expose the company to increased risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out take-offs from drawings and BIM CAD models to ensure accurate project cost estimates.
  • Understand contract requirements, specifications, and obligations to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate any issues that may present operational challenges or expose the company to increased risk.
  • Ensure tenders make sufficient allowance for health and safety issues.
  • Ensure tenders reflect realistic programmes for the delivery of the project.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful bidding and securing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
