**JOB VACANCY**

**SALES VALUER**

Arnold & Phillips have the requirement for a full-time Sales Valuer to be based predominantly from our Chorley branch and provide cover across our four regional branches.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven individual to join our market leading team of property professionals. A good understanding of the local Chorley property market along with a strong emphasis on sales is essential for this role.

Whilst this role is predominantly based from our Chorley branch, the ability to travel between our four regional branches is required and as such access to your own transport is essential for this role.

Regular hours will be Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm, with there also being the requirement for occasional Saturday work which would be structured on a rota basis, with a day in lieu available during the week.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
