**A little bit about the role**

The Delivery Officer role is crucial as we enter the next phase of Frontline, our flagship social work training programme.

Joining our new delivery management team, you’ll manage our partnership with Lancaster University, leading meetings, monitoring performance and overseeing approvals.

With your strong project, relationship, and contract management skills, you’ll shape the team’s role and contribute to the programme’s success.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Lancaster University as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor and analyse established key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the partnership.
- Oversee the approval of course changes, policy updates, and contractual documents.
- Conduct approval meetings with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely decision-making and accurate documentation.

**A little bit about you**

We’re looking for someone who has experience in project and/or relationship management who can demonstrate that they can manage complex stakeholder relationships. You’ll possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills, and are able to handle multiple tasks at once.
