**Job Overview**:
Shield Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Compliance Team. As a Compliance Administrator, to administer all PPM and compliance activity across all of Shields client's static and mobile portfolios.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Service Delivery**
- Assist in managing all PPM activity across our clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations
- Book & Schedule all works and engineers
- Input of data onto clients CAFM Systems/Portals
- Raising contractor work orders
- Raising supplier purchase orders
- Analyze and report any service failures raising quotes for all remedial work.

**Quality**
- Manage all data input/flow into and out of SimPRO.
- Ensure all compliance certification is tracked and quality checked prior to submission to our client base ensuring we are compliant and within the statutory completion dates
- Develop and coordinate action plans to implement any improvement initiatives
- Ensure site files are up to date
- Ensure compliance reports are completed for each sites as required
- Asset Data collection & CAFM system input (in house & 3rd party) to allow real time tracking

**Person Specification**
- Demonstrates a strong service orientation and awareness of the importance of delivering high standards of customer service
- Ability to cost-effectively supervise and manage resources available to achieve a high level of service across the portfolio
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements
- Ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure utilizing excellent time management to asses and prioritise essential tasks
- Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft, word, excel and outlook
