Are you working in a Compliance Administrator position or working in the Facilities or Engineering Maintenance sector and keen to get involved in the Compliance aspect of Facilities.

This National Facilities Services Provider are recruiting due to contract growth.

As Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for administering all PPM and compliance activity across all of the clients' static & mobile portfolios.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Service Delivery

Assist in managing all PPM activity across our clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations

Analyse and report any service failures

Accurate and timely production of management reports

Assist in producing monthly compliance reporting to clients providing an executive summary of works undertaken, risks & general contract overview of the previous month Commercial

Reports to senior management team for assessment of our KPI compliance Quality

Manage all data input/flow into and out of Simpro.

Work with Simpro to build a suite of standard compliance reports that can be sent periodically to our clients

Ensure all compliance certification is tracked and quality checked prior to submission to our client base ensuring we are compliant and within the statutory completion dates

Develop and coordinate action plans to implement any improvement initiatives

Ensure site files are up to date

Ensure compliance reports are completed for each sites as required

Asset Data collection & CAFM system input (in house & 3rd party) to allow real time tracking

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

Demonstrates a strong service orientation and awareness of the importance of delivering high standards of customer service

Ability to cost-effectively supervise and manage resources available to achieve a high level of service across the portfolio

Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements

Ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure utilising excellent time management to asses and prioritise essential tasks

Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Good knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft, word, excel and outlook
