Ibbett Mosely is an Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyors best known for our residential property business. With over 100 years of history we offer clients advice on a diverse range of property matters. Employing more than 30 staff across several branches we endeavour to deliver independent professional advice and skilled negotiation to all of our clients.

**The Lettings Administrator Role**
- Listing new properties available to let.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- General administration.
- Assisting existing tenants with any enquiries or problems with their properties.
- Assisting the Branch Manager and other team members as required.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in progressing sales and conversing with clients/potential buyers.
- **Minimal Bookkeeping**

**Skills and Experience Required**

We are looking for an organised and pro-active individual. You will probably have administration skills plus excellent communication and IT abilities alongside a flexible attitude. The role will involve some Saturday work and travel to properties therefore you must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. Previous industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The position may suit an applicant keen on a career in estate agency

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
