I am looking to a recruit a Project Manager for one of the countries leading the industry.
Their role would be to To successfully plan, control and implement projects in accordance with the business objectives and maintain profitability, quality, customer satisfaction and maximise gross margin.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define the project scope and plan.
- Produce project documentation pre and post implementation.
- Liaise with Operations manager to allocate engineering resource to the projects.
- Manage the sub contractors on a daily basis to ensure safe working practices in accordance with current legislation.
- Manage junior members of the project team and provide mentoring to improve project deliverables.
- Direct responsibility for budgetary control on Approved projects.
- Manage any change requests or additions to the scope of works as set out in the contract.
- Primary point of contact with the customer's implementation team.
- Liaise with sales/account manager for up sell into the customer
- Ensure all operations are supported by a defined procedural practice that will be able to demonstrate compliance to the objective of Quality Policy.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Telecommunications industry
- SAP and MS Office
- Excellent Communication skills
- Commercially and financially aware
- Written and oral English qualifications
- Customer focus
- A working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Time management
