My client based in Leeds City Centre is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to effectively deal with the businesses incoming and outgoing post. The hours of work for this role are 7.30am until 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
Preparation and batching of documents.

Scanning of documents.

Indexing of scanned documents.

Destroying documents.

Dealing with recorded/special delivery mail.

Reference of Mystery Mail.

Franking mail.

Print and collation of documents.

Personal Qualities

Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and to work under pressure.

Good team player, but also ability to work on own initiative.

Good attention to detail.

Good organisational skills.

Good data input skills.

Previous administrative experience.

Experience of working in a high volume environment.
