An Inquest Senior Associate required by this leading firm ranked tier 1 nationally in Chambers for this area of work, with opportunity for hybrid/ remote working.
**Role Overview**
In joining this market leading firm as an Inquest Senior Associate, you will manage a caseload of Court of Protection and/ or inquest matters primarily for the NHS, with opportunities to work for independent sector health and social care clients and local authorities.
While the role is based at the firm’s Midlands (flexible) offices, there is an opportunity for remote and hybrid working.
The firm is seeking an Inquest Senior Associate who can demonstrate:
- Experience in health and social care advisory matters;
- Experience in advising health and social care providers and commissioners on all matters relating to inquests (including Article 2 and jury inquests) and/or Court of Protection proceedings;
- Strong advocacy and case management skills gained in relation to inquest/ court of protection;
- Presentation skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to prepare complex written advice to clients;
- A good understanding of the NHS.
