My client, a leading global real estate services company, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior or Associate Valuations Surveyor to join their dynamic team. With a strong focus on banking and debt providers, but also retail, industrial and other commercial properties, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Position: Senior/Associate Valuations Surveyor

**Salary**: £50,000 - £58,000 (DoE) + Car Allowance

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property valuations across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on banking and debt providers
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports and provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely valuations
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

**Requirements**:

- MRICS qualified with substantial experience in property valuations
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the banking and debt provider sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in valuation software and tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
