**Line Reporting Manager**: Stanley House Stores Manager
Monday - Friday. Then every third Saturday for 3 hours.
50 hour Alternate working weeks:
Early Shift - 07:00am - 17:00pm
Later Shift - 08:00am - 18:00pm
Salary - £26,000 - £28,000
**Principle Duties and Accountabilities**:
- To assist with any duties required for the day-to-day running of MTS Cleaning Services Ltd.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Stores department duties
- Issuing consumable / equipment to engineers
- Re-stocking stores counter
- Assisting with stock control
- Assisting with goods in
- Servicing/issuing of drainage equipment (When Trained)
- Assisting with issuing/servicing of entry equipment (When Trained)
- Checking/ servicing company ladders (When Trained)
- Assisting with kitting our company vehicles as/when required
- Assisting with the cleansing of the hot drinks machine
Yard Maintenance/Depot Cleansing
- Daily bin and litter picking
- General yard upkeep
- Looking after training area - Cleaning/Tidy
- Pipe / fittings yard maintenance
- CCTV Jet wash upkeep - Tidying / Chemical & Fuel top up
- Weeding around site
- Assisting with yard/warehouse SHEF Report Sheet
Auxiliary Vehicle Maintenance
- Daily checks on auxiliary vehicle
- Loading / unloading of vehicles
- Issuing / returning checks of auxiliary vehicle
Deliveries/Collections
- Delivering / collecting equipment to and from other deport or site
- Collection of hired equipment from outside suppliers
- Local depot paperwork/equipment run (Once a week - Minimum)
**Qualifications / Competency**:
- Be flexible to work beyond normal working hours and be willing to participate in a weekly on call rota with other stores members, including working three hours on Saturdays
- Must have the ability to take on the responsibility of working within very controlled guidelines and environmental regulations
- Not afraid to get hands on and take on a challenge
- Hold a full UK Driving License
- Able to work before and after allocated work hours if needed
- Good communication / general phone manner
- Able to plan and organise workload to and within certain time frames
- Forward thinking/planner
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Reliable, responsible, numerate and commercially aware
- Receptive to training and new ways of working
- Work consistently to high standards of quality, health and safety
- A forklift licence would be ideal but not essential
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and excel
