We a recruiting for a Stores Coordinator to provide local support to our operations at our exciting manufacturing facility in Rochester, Kent.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, we will need someone to be on-site 5 days a week.

**What part will you play?**
- Coordination of goods-in and goods-out for all business related deliveries
- Following processes for material requirements and deliveries (quality checks etc.)
- Stock management of project components and consumables
- Coordinating project equipment and preparing kits from BOMs
- Support to Service and Project Delivery teams
- Administration of delivery documentation
- Monitor stock levels, review and progress re-stocking
- Collaboration with assembly team to ensure the material requirements are met

**What does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Previous experience as a Stores Coordinator,
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines,
- Working understanding of logistics and stores processes,
- The ability to deliver on strict deadlines with an excellent attendance record
- Proficient in use of MS tools - Excel, Word, Power Point, Project,
- Excellent communication skills; Pro-active team player,
- Problem-solving with an eye for detail with ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
