Production Planner

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful business who are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated production planner to their team.

This role would be suitable for a production planner who has a minimum of one years experience in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES (PRODUCTION PLANNER)
- Production Planning for a business that operates in the food industry.
- Accurate & cost effective planning of the finished product and components.
- Chairing planning meetings.
- Ordering raw materials.
- Ensuring appropriate stock rotation on-site and offsite.
- Developing good relationships with suppliers.
- Liasing with internal stakeholders.

DESIRED SKILLS (PRODUCTION PLANNER)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- The ability to working under pressure within a busy office.
- Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- literacy (Including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel).
