- to ensure that Lifelong Learning & Skills (LLS) are meeting resident’s needs and enabling them to achieve their full potential and achieving a sustainable and more resilient economic growth for Ceredigion
- to ensure that there is a consistent high standard of support for all learners accessing Dysgu Bro to develop the skills which will enable them to make effective life changes to reach their full potential
- to work collaboratively with stakeholders and support services to strategically plan and be responsible for managing a range of community-based courses
- provide a key link with Team Managers and other coordinators in ensuring that teams are managed consistently to meet corporate and service objectives
- ensure that all appropriate Health and Safety procedures and policies are adhered to professionally. The Coordinator has responsibility to ensure that all provisions are planned and coordinated safely with robust risk assessment and reporting
- develop and expand opportunities for Adult learning and skills training within Ceredigion Community in order to develop a multi-skilled workforce, which is ready and available to meet the demand of current and future needs of businesses in Ceredigion
