**Overview**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our successful team in the role of Receptionist / Sales Support.

This role will involve a variety of tasks including
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose and quickly and efficiently directing callers to the appropriate department / person
- Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.

In addition to this the success applicant will provide administrational support to our Sales Department carrying out the following duties:

- Operation of carrier system administration (printing labels / online booking / pods etc)
- Booking out truck deliveries
- Inputting updates on internal system
- Printing and sending Order acknowledgements
- Typing quotations.
- Filing /Scanning of paperwork
- Franking and preparing mail ready for collection.

Providing general administrative and clerical support as required.

This role would suit an individual with previous experience of working within a busy office environment and who possesses excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work closely, quickly and effectively within prescribed time frames.

Mon - Friday 8.30 - 17.00
