Content Creation has never been more important and is now a crucial factor in the success of every business. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will understand our audience and influence their behaviour by creating interactive and powerful digital campaigns.

We are looking for a passionate, super organised, driven and self-sufficient individual to join our team. The applicant would ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and an eye for aesthetic content that aligns with our brand and vision.

Our Social Media Content Creator will work on campaigns and all things social media ensuring brand messaging, tone of voice and online content is presented to a very high standard.

**Key Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:

- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives
- Create captivating and visually appealing content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok some of which may require voiceovers and being in front of the camera
- Post engaging feeds, videos and success stories to continually grow our social media following and online brand presence
- Plan, implement and execute social content shoots
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies and brainstorm ideas
- Report weekly/monthly on social media statistics
- Present full social media ideations and creative concepts for sign off
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making
- Optimise content for search engines using relevant keywords and SEO best practices
- Develop and maintain a scheduling platform with content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging online presence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our social media strategy
- Keep track of all competitor brand and new products on the market
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive interactions with our audience
- Build relationships with affiliates and influencer partnerships to expand our reach

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media content creation and management
- Have an eye for aesthetic content that aligns with our brand
- A passion for social media, content creation and storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Experience in management of TikTok Shop
- Confident in using social media editing tools such as Canva, Splice, CapCut
- Proven writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Skills to capture high-quality images and videos for use in content
- Familiarity with video and photo editing software/s
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
