We are partnering with an award-winning growing healthcare services business and they are looking to hire a talented Marketing Co-ordinator to support their growth.

As the brand guardian, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing strategies align with the organization's strategic goals. This position offers autonomy, allowing you to excel in your own unique way.

With time, there is potential for you to progress to the role of Marketing Manager and build your own dedicated team.

The organisation comprises three successful healthcare businesses:

- An award-winning NHS provider dedicated to raising awareness through GP educational and patient materials.
- A family practice group in Croydon, focused on increasing patient registrations through local awareness campaigns.
- A private medical aesthetic service, generating new leads through targeted marketing.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage the marketing function for the three healthcare businesses.
- Oversee content strategy, social media, and promotions.
- Coordinate content production and approvals.
- Analyse marketing data and provide insightful reports.
- Plan seasonal activations and service launches.
- Collaborate with media partners to drive innovation.
- Ensure brand consistency across websites.
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analyse data and report results to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing agency and engage patients.
- Produce newsletters and contribute to awards and content creation.
- Manage the GP education portal and source patient materials.
- Highly creative in devising engaging digital campaigns.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Organized, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive marketer with expertise in multi-channel strategies.
- Sound understanding of brand communication and demographics.
- Experienced in content marketing (video and written).
- Collaborative mindset to drive traffic and optimize user experience.

The role is based in their Croydon office, with the opportunity for hybrid work (2-3 days in the office).

They offer a competitive salary between £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
