- **We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide high quality personal care and companionship to seniors in their own homes. **_

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Joining our growing team of carers visiting clients in and around Guildford, Godalming and Woking. You will be assigned clients according to your experience, qualifications and availability. You will be:

- Delivering personal care services to clients in their homes
- Providing companionship and social support
- Reporting to our Registered Manager, you will be fully supported
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and activities
- We will organise your schedule, matching you to our clients
- You are introduced to the clients before service starts so you get to know where you are going, who you are meeting, and exactly what is required
- You can register your arrival to the client on our app, deliver the care plan, and spend quality time with our client. You can make your notes and register your departure on our app
- Minimum one-hour visits with plenty of time to spend quality time with our clients
- You are never rushed
- Continuity of care is an important value. You visit the same clients, and you are responsible to discuss changes, concerns, and to share updates with the Registered Manager
- Your suggestions and recommendations for our clients are always welcomed
- The office updates schedules and responds to client enquiries
- You always have access to support, guidance and reassurance for yourself and our clients. We are a team.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Current care certificate or a commitment to undertake this
- Refresher training available for carers returning to work/training available to people who want to upskill.
- Specialist skills are a bonus
- Car and full driving licence
- Passion for continual learning

Pay: £14.00-£15.69 per hour
