A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Nottingham Children's Diabetes Team.

You will be largely hospital based with a responsibility to see children in the inpatient and outpatient settings, liaise with families, company reps and support patients and families to receive high quality care.

You will be a clinical and professional role model with a passion for the delivery of high quality care and the support and development of others. You will be an effective team player but also able to plan and organise your own workload and possess excellent communication skills.

You will be hospital based supporting inpatient care, providing basic education and support for families. You will also support multi professional clinics and aid the running of the clinics by downloading technologies as well as identifying patients requiring annual reviews.

You will be responsible for maintaining a variety of databases as well as ordering equipment and the monitoring and ordering stock.
