**Main Duties**:

- Processing credit card and personal expenses to meet monthly payroll and reporting deadlines
- Supporting purchase and sales ledger
- Supporting with monthly management accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Other reporting and duties as required
- Ad hoc duties throughout the wider finance team

**What's important to us**:

- To be successful in this Finance Assistant role, individuals will ideally:

- Have previous finance experience, ideally dealing with expenses
- Have good MS Excel skills
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated and be able to work in a small team
- Be personable and friendly, with good communication team working skills
- Be computer literate and able to learn new systems and processes
- You'll be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll have good levels of self-awareness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You'll have good time management skills
