Biscayne Residential Properties, based in Bradford City Centre, is looking for a Accounts Administrator.

Due to the continued growth we are now looking to employ someone to assist with the management and letting of our portfolio of properties in Bradford.

The position will suit an enthusiastic individual, with some previous accounts/property/lettings experience, good customer service, good IT skills,good negotiation skills, ability to collect rents, and importantly an ability to interact well with customers and colleagues alike.

This very varied job will involve:

- Reconciling incoming rents
- Chasing outstanding rents
- Serving legal notices
- Liaising with solicitors in debt recovery

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Good IT skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic proficiency in maths

**Job Type**: Part Time - 20hrs, between school hours available or to suit.

**Salary**: Neg. based on experience
