This is an exciting opportunity to join Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) GB,as the Content Manager within the Business Solutions function in TAS Technology.
The Content Manager will work with the digital product team to create and implement the content modeling strategy to deliver the desired digital experience to our members and clients at scale. You are expected to work well on your own to update/edit contentitems on CMS to deliver the design together with designers and copywriters.and coordinating with developers on build/changes interacting between CMS and backend changes, but also happily and ably collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve sign-offfor workflows and assets.
You will be joining a large team with diverse skills and experience, the job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, who can independently deliver results on both a digital product level as well as managing client specificdeliverables.
This role is aligned to our Hybrid work style, predominantly based from home with occasional travel to a WTW office.
**The Role**:

- To support Product team and Architect on identifying and executing target content model and workflows that are scalable across various clients, deployment to other channels and personalisation/experiments.
- To work with design and developers on building a solution that is easy, flexible and practical to use for non-technical users: e.g. marketer and content editors for plan / review / publish content.
- As a core part of delivery team, to implement persona-specific user flow/content/assets based on design and requirements, deliver and deploy agreed items in good quality and update documentation within sprint.
- Perform build and peer-review on configurations per sprint, and regular review on build vs target architecture and model.
- Support in training and enablement for target CMS users and champions.
- To support in identifying CMS enhancement roadmap for a private (post login) digital member portal against business and product goals.
- Have been a user of headless CMS (Content Management System) platforms(e.g. Contentful, CraftCMS). A plus if they had used Acoustics CMS.
- Tech savvy (not necessarily a developer), no coding involved, but will enjoy working with developers to configure / set up / manage components / asset library.
- Bonus skill to have an experience implementing / onboarding CMS platforms.
- Experience working within scrum team, work closely with Product Mgt and Business team.
- Conscientious & motivated, capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with pragmatic, solution-based thinking.
- Good knowledge & practical use of structured methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum).
- Flexible and “can do” approach.
- Financial Services’ experience desirable.
