**SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST**
Job Description in-brief
We are a small, busy Accountancy Practice situated in Finchley and are actively seeking a multi-tasking Secretary to join our busy team. (Nearest Tube Station Finchley Central, Northern Line). We are ideally looking for a full time person but may also suit part time.
The Applicant
- Typing Qualifications are essential
- Audio Typing
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Excellent Communication Skills, to converse with clients in person, by phone or with other members of the team
- A willingness to assist other team members
- A “can do” attitude
- Able to prioritise workload and deal with high workloads during extremely busy periods
The Job
- Answering of calls and dealing with these in a professional and friendly manner
- Greeting clients appropriately
- Diary for Partners
- Typing and Presentation of Wills
- Ordering of printed Stationary
- Booking couriers and Taxis when required
- Sending of confidential information using IRIS
- Organising Company Events (ie. Christmas Party)
- Ad-hoc Administration duties as and when required
The successful applicant must possess an excellent level of English (both oral and written) and be exceptionally organised. You must be able to work on your own initiative, however, to also be part of a team, assisting other team members when possible during busy periods. You will also be responsible for implementing any future projects that are currently being discussed and will be required to deal with all administrative duties as and when they arise.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
