**YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE WITHIN A CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT**

An exciting opportunity for an outgoing, friendly and confident Receptionist/Administrator to join a Media agency based in modern West End offices.

You will be at the heart of the business, representing the company on Reception and supporting the HR team and Office Manager with administration duties as needed.

The Role:

- Meeting and greeting all visitors in a welcoming, friendly manner
- Ensuring a first class service is provided at all times
- Booking meeting rooms and managing the calendar
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Organising team events
- Liaising with suppliers including caterers for team lunches
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and HR team when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed

Essential requirements:

- Current Receptionist experience, ideally within a Media/Creative organisation
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Proactive and positive with the ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative individual with bolds ideas for an office environment
