**Switch Team Administrator**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing Switch team. We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working opportunities. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

The role is a core function within the Switch Team dealing with fund switch requests and processing these within SLA in line with compliance guidelines. Also, providing timely and efficient administration support to Senior Administrators as well as assisting with any switch related queries.

**Key Responsibilities as our Switch Team Administrator will include**:

- To ensure client requests are correctly processed and completed within the agreed SLA
- Deal with postal fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches online (where applicable) and follow through to completion
- To be able to distinguish between ad-hoc switches and PMS switches and be able to process these effectively
- To respond to telephone and medium risk queries in relation to fund switches, escalating where necessary
- To develop new methods of carrying out existing tasks in order to increase efficiency
- To develop an understanding of model portfolios and how they are loaded on provider platforms
- To be a point of contact for consultants, members of the business and the team
- Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date where appropriate
- Ensure all completed instructions and transactions match and are fully documented in line with laid down procedures to provide appropriate audit trail and accountability
- Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record keeping processes to ensure appropriate activity audit trails are maintained in line with the Firms compliance standards
- Maintain a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with this FCA requirement
- Abide by AFH Group procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessment as required
- Support senior staff and line manager in the event of absences
- Any reasonable request made by Director/Senior Manager of the Company

**What we are looking for in our ideal Switch Team Administrator**:

- Good knowledge of the Financial Services Market and Investment Products
- Relevant Operational procedures knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Pershing’s Nexus, XPlan and Nexus Complete Software Systems preferred as well as other providers
