Our client holds an excellent reputation within the industry for providing bespoke Advice to both corporate and private client's. Our client are constantly growing from strength to strength and as a result of organic growth now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to join their thriving Business.
This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first-class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for an award-winning professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities**:
" To provide efficient administrative support to Financial Planners
" To be a point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices and members of the business
" Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
" Maintenance of diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed accurately and in line with SLA's
" Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
" Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
" Prepare and format reports in accordance with Company guidelines
" Prepare and process new business and review packs for IFA client meetings
" Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products
" Provide mortgage research for IFA's using online systems
" Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone
" Undertake filing, photocopying, and scanning duties when required
" Process payment requests and surrenders using SLA's and compliance guidelines
" Deal with fund switch requests and be responsible for processing fund switches online
