With five schools currently and with plans to grow, they are looking for an individual with drive and energy, ready to roll up their sleeves and create a dynamic HR service. You will be equally comfortable driving change to sharpen HR operations as you willbe to lead on further developing the HR offering at a strategic level to the Trust Schools.

You will lead on being responsible for providing employment advice to the Headteachers and Senior Leaders across all aspects of HR processes and policies, including absence management, performance management, appraisal, disciplinary and appraisal. You willalso be required to liaise with trade unions where appropriate.

They are looking for a CIPD qualified individual who has at least 3 years’ experience in a management or senior advisory role. Someone with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload and ensure that the Trust and itsindividual schools needs are met.
