We have an exciting opportunity for a Administration Lead to join our Cardiac Team at the London Bridge Hospital. This role is vital in providing administrative organisation to the Cardiology, Respiratory & Sleep Department and managing the clinical administrators within the department. You will ensure the smooth running of a quality non-invasive service to cardiac, respiratory & sleep Consultants, secretaries and patients.

**What you'll do**:

- Create and maintain departmental policies and protocols ensuring a quality service is delivered throughout all areas of the cardiology, respiratory & sleep department
- Manage the administrative team effectively and professionally (e.g. appraisals, monthly meetings, etc.)
- Manage department registration process and booking service
- Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures performed in both manual and computerised systems
- Assist with end of month in terms of fees for consultants and invoicing. Ensure that payment is both correct and efficient.
- Process test results and ensure that they are made available to the referrer via the correct route and within department time standards.
- Order and track of all non-clinical items, and be responsible for maintaining appropriate stock levels

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience as a team leader is essential within a healthcare admin setting
- Extensive administrative experience
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
