Network Support Coordinator

**Network Support Coordinator - Please note flexibility in terms of working hours is required for this role**

Working within the expanding Network Operations Support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the workload of a team of internal and field-based, technical engineers. The NOC team is responsible for overseeing the effective running of the networkand the continual growth and development of the network expansion.

All projects are controlled by the coordinator in terms of ensuring projects are approved and delivered according to tight timescales, on budget and to expectation. You will do this by using strong project management skills and by continuously evaluatingwork schedules..

The Coordinator must communicate effectively with highly technical people in the Network team as well as dealing with the other teams within the business. Whilst this is more of a Project Management role than an IT position, you must have a good understandingof technical terminology and be comfortable working with technical staff.

The successful applicant will be;
Experienced in a technical department (Engineering, IT or Telecoms)

Used to working to tight deadlines in a very fast paced environment

Be commercially aware and customer focused

Have strong attention to detail and capable of creating reports.

Able to assess and review project plans

Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments

Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels

Strong analytical skills to interpret data for reports in practical situations

Reading comprehension to understand technical materials.
