**Call Centre Admin Assistant**
**Store: Specsavers Lichfield**
**Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours **OR** Part Time 4 full days (weekend working is essential for both)**
**Benefits: Discretionary Bonus after probation, Specsavers Perks after 6 months, and free car parking**
**Salary: Upto £10.62 an hour**
**_ Previous Call Centre and Admin experience is required_**
**_ Previous Optical knowledge is desireable but not essential._**
At Specsavers, our Call Centre Assistants are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey - **this is not your average call centre job** We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help -** a friendly, polite and professional approach is essential.**

- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
