My client is looking for an experienced, customer focused Service Coordinator to join the teamto provide contract support services to external stakeholders and engineers.

**The Package**

**£24-28,000**

Full Time | 22 days’ holiday | Pension

**Main Responsibilities**
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Manage incoming calls
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Generate sales leads - follow up with clients with regards to quotes sent or required
- Build sustainable relationships
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

**Knowledge and Experiences**
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with windows software systems
