**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Head of Technology to help us achieve real impact by ensuring the development and implementation of the RSA’s technology strategy and proactively seeking opportunities to improve and future-proof our IT services, facilities and hardware.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility if/when the role can be undertaken effectively off-site.

**About You**
- Experience of administering Microsoft Office 365, and knowledge of how a workplace runs that is built on Microsoft platforms including providing help-desk services.
- Deep understanding and experience of ensuring technology security.
- Experience of managing third-party technology suppliers including leveraging contracts and relationships to maximise efficiencies.
- Previous line management experience.
- Knowledge of how to manage a technology budget in line with a plan, including ongoing forecasting and reporting.
- Strong IT project management experience, delivering projects on-time and to budget.
- Deep understanding of and commitment to compliance with Data Protection legislation, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Computing Technology Industry Association) (CompTIA) or equivalent technical experience.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
