BWS is a dynamic young business that provides Bid Writing Services to a range of clients across the UK. With over 20 years of experience in writing compelling tender submissions and a win rate of over 80%, the business has and continues to grow at a rapid rate.

As such, BWS are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our growing team to support clients in winning bids and growing their business.

You will work in close collaboration with the Business Director and the Head of Bids to develop winning solutions and create compelling written and visual content in proposals and tenders across a range of sectors and a range of clients.

**Job Objectives and Responsibilities**
- Support BWS clients by managing procurement portals, analysis of tender documents to identify bid requirements and translate operational solutions into technical written content.
- Support and lead BWS clients by producing written responses for PQQ and Tenders as required including; references, case studies and CVs.
- Produce and manage Bid Management Plans
- Effectively liaise with BWS clients to deliver briefings, kick-off, storyboarding sessions and progress meetings.
- Ensure all tender documentation is presented to a uniformly high standard, editing and proofreading submission documents, as well as coordinating and supporting in the production and finalisation of documents.
- Maintain the client Teams folder, ensuring all work is up to date and accessible to the client.
- Maintain the BWS bid library, live bid tracker and all associated records within the BWS Sharepoint.
- Any other duties as directed by the Head of Bids and Business Director.

- Educated to degree level (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- An enquiring mind and strict attention to detail
- An effective team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to think clearly using logic and reasoning
- Administration skills
- Ability to use your initiative
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and work to defined deadlines.
- Flexibility to work around nominal working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
