Fleet Insurance Handler

**About The Role**:
The Foxtons Fleet department is responsible for purchasing, servicing, valeting, and maintaining our entire fleet of approximately 900 vehicles. Foxtons has an impressive fleet including a range of vehicles, from our distinctively branded Mini's to a variety of hybrid and electric vehicles. The smooth running of our busy Fleet department enables our teams across London to continuously deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

As a Fleet Insurance Handler, you will be the main point of contact for all Foxtons employees with a company vehicle who need to report a vehicle incident.

Main Duties (but not limited too)
- Ensuring regulatory compliance by ensuring out Fleet stays road legal and safe, conducting regular vehicle inspections.
- Manage all reported vehicle incidents and where necessary report all third-party insurance claims efficiently to our insurance.
- Keep records up to date on all reported vehicle incidents.
- Gather all evidence in relation to the claims. This would include ascertaining all images required, retrieving dashcam footage using a dedicated website to download the relevant footage and gathering any CCTV.
- Raise jobs for bodyshops for repairs that are required, check estimates to ensure that work being carried out is what is required and process invoice to ensure losses are recovered.
- Work closely with our insurance company to
- Work closely with ULR solicitors to recover losses back from Third Party insurance company in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to continuously evaluate process changes and driver behaviour.

**About You**:

- A full, clean, manual driving licence and no less than one year’s driving experience.
- Experience within the motor insurance industry.
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels within the company.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisation skills and comfortable working to deadlines.
- A master of time management you will be experienced in delivering multiple tasks.
