**Marketing Executive - Web Specialist Role**

**Who we’re looking for**:
Are you a passionate and driven web specialist? Do you want to work for a growing national group and deliver creative web-based solutions for 3 unique brands? We are looking for an experienced and result driven web specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for championing the groups website activity whilst driving SEO performance and UX best practice.

The Web Specialist role will be crucial in helping the marketing team achieve its long-term goals of positioning Ventro Group as thought leaders within our industry. We’re excited to speak with those that have a passion for web development and can bring some additional web expertise to the expanding marketing team.

The marketing team allocate 2 hours per week for personal development, recognizing the importance of staying informed about the latest developments and updates.

**Desired Experience**

SEO Experience

Demonstratable website maintenance Experience

Web development Experience

UX Experience

Graphic Design Experience (desirable)

Deep interest in marketing

**Desired Knowledge**

Knowledge of SEMrush & SEO

knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Wix or equivalent

Knowledge of adobe creative suite (desirable)

Asana or other task management system

**Day-to-day** **tasks**
- Drive the performance of each of the 3 websites across the Group and ensure website content matches keyword strategies.
- Design new website pages and additions and maintain the current websites (including other Ventro brands)
- Report on findings for web analytics and other KPI’s (traffic, keywords, SEO performance)
- Implement Landing Pages for events and white papers
- Upload blogs and timelines for each website
- Optimise content for SEO
- Enforce site standards around design, brand & accessibility
- Make recommendations to optimise site navigation and page templates based on site metrics and industry best practice
