Senior Sales Advisor

**The Role**

**We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Advisor to join our team at Jewson Llangefni (LL77 7JA)**

This role is working with **Jewson Llangefni **as part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftsmen who build, renovate, and maintain the cities of tomorrow.

**This is a permanent full-time position. You would be working at the branch Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12:00pm every other Saturday**

**What will I be doing in the role?**

Our Senior Sales Advisor is an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. To support our customers effectively you will;
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
- Developing new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
- Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Serving customer on the trades counter
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Managing stock and keeping the branch clean and tidy
