Brighton Girls is seeking invigilators to work as part of a team ensuring the School¿s exams are carried out according to the exam board regulations.

**Experience is not required, as training will be provided.**
You will need to be available during the examination periods in November, January, March/April, May and June, on days agreed in advance. You will also be required to attend an annual training session.
Duties include:

Assisting in the setting up of the examination room

- Supervising the orderly entry of students into the exam room and ensuring that they are correctly identified and seated according to the seating plan

- Starting examinations according to the regulations and ensuring that the examination regulations are observed throughout the exam
Maintaining active invigilation throughout the exam
Ending exams in accordance with the regulations

- Returning all exam scripts, unused papers, registers and other materials to the Exams Office immediately after the end of the exam
Maintaining security and confidentiality
