Repairs Supervisor

**Peckham/London Bridge office base with site visits throughout South East London Boroughs**

**Up to £39,000 plus company van and fuel card**

Hyde is looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor within the Responsive Repairs team.

Hyde is one of the UK’s leading Housing Associations. Property Maintenance at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and manage team of Multi Skilled Repair Specialists ensuring a customer focused approach and a right first time repairs service in line with agreed budgets and performance measures.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.
- Manage trades operatives to ensure right first time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with to safeguard our staff and the general public.
- Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.
- Provide training and any required support tools in order to coach and equip individuals with appropriate business knowledge and skills.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within building maintenance or repairs
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Knowledge and awareness of working with asbestos
- Social Housing experience preferred
