Through analysis, insight and reporting, the Head of Analytics & BI will drive the business forward to meet it’s financial and strategic objectives by recommending actions and initiatives, gaining stakeholder buy-in to execute these actions and initiatives and detailing the impact on business performance.

Core Responsibilities:*
- Manage and lead a team of 7 FTE’s ensure most efficient throughput of work and ensuring that the team is continuously challenged and stretched and have the appropriate tools in place to thrive
- Develop best-in-class reporting for the tombola business and lead in understanding and communicating performance updates across the business.
- Leading and designing strategic, deep dive analysis to drive recommendations on how we can better deliver against the tombola growth strategy.
- Provide insight into performance of marketing activity across Acquisition and Retention, helping deliver acquisition and retention targets.
- Work with colleagues in the leadership team to develop and continuously improve a strategy that allows tombola to deliver our ambitious growth plans.
- Create a data strategy, working with technology teams to ensure we have the right architecture to measure what we need to
- Establish measurement frameworks to support marketing teams with spending efficiently.
- Establish prioritisation frameworks to support product development ensuring we focus our resources effectively
- Build relationships with colleagues in Flutter group ensuring we maximise value from shared knowledge, experience and resources.

Knowledge & Experience*
- Proven leadership experience working in B2C businesses with a track record of developing strategy and delivering growth
- Ability to manage, grow, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience leading analytical teams, working with complex data
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Knowledge of online gambling industry favourable

This role could be based in any of our office locations, including Sunderland, Dublin or Gibraltar.
