You must have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.

You must be able to distribute warm hugs as required.

You must have the ability to read a ten page fairy tale with at least 3 different voices and 4 interruptions per page.

The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.

You must be prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working week.

You must have the ability to observe, listen, assess, plan in the moment and respond accordingly.

You must be able to observe, reflect and record your own observations of key worker children and document these in the children's Learning journal files.

You must be a team player, think on your feet and be willing to take on extra duties when required.

You must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There simply is no other job quite like this one.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.39 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
