**Recruitment consultant needed**:
- Complex Care, Live-In Care, Children/Youth Support Work
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Team in Aldridge. Nova Care Solutions is a health and social care staffing provider of complex care working with adults and children in their own homes and in a residential setting.
Contracted hours: 40 hours per week.
**You will be working with a dedicated manager who will be able to help you develop and settle in to your new role.**
- Driven, motivated, ambitious
- Up to 12 months recruitment experience in the health, social or education sectors
- Experience of securing new clients/companies
- Confident, personable, good communicator, intelligent
- Willingness to conduct cold calls and work in a target-driven environment
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies
- Working towards targets and meeting weekly and monthly KPI’s
- Negotiating, persuading and influencing in order to achieve the best outcome
- Headhunting - sourcing and contacting suitable clients for temporary or permanent staffing solutions
- Follow checks to meet regulatory standards and safer recruitment policy is followed. (e.g., Reference checking, DBS checking, RTW checks, Training Checks and Gaps in employment checks etc)
- Making calls to new potential clients to grow the business
- Care coordinator
- planning and routeing care staff
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker and to be reported weekly on the status of the vacancies, interviews scheduled and other relevant data to HR/Stakeholders
- ensuring timesheets are updated and submitted for approval
- Build our Care department as well as the Education sector
- Attend weekly calls with all clienteles to advise on recruitment progress and review and refocus with stakeholders to drive recruitment pipeline
- Targeting new clients that require temporary staff and negotiating fees

- Experience is a fast-paced recruitment environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £26,200.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
