An opportunity to join our South Wales office in Pontypridd, the successful applicant will deal with the entire property maintenance & repairs process.

Initial administration, inspections, and day-to-day property maintenance, managing a portfolio of properties as well as proving a high level of customer service

**1 Year Experience essential.**

**Driving licence is essential**

Alto Management CRM system experience beneficial but not essential

Applicants must drive and have access to their own vehicles.

This role includes working every other Saturday 9am - 1pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arranging contractors to complete jobs reported
- Managing Properties, liaising with landlords and contractors
- Maintaining CRM system - new clients, updates on old clients, new properties
- General business operations and administration
